Summary
Bank Negara Malaysia today issues the Supplementary Notice that sets out a set of measures in respect of foreign exchange administration (FEA) rules to -

  1. further facilitate foreign exchange risk management;
  2. promote settlement of trade and investment in ringgit; and
  3. enhance depth and liquidity of onshore financial market
